We are looking for a Workshop Manager (m/f/d) for the Bremerhaven location of Addicks & Kreye Truck & Trailer Service GmbH & Co. KG.
This wholly owned subsidiary of Addicks & Kreye Container Logistik GmbH & Co. KG is responsible for the company’s own fleet. The fleet consists of nearly 400 container chassis and just under 100 tractor-trailers. Its services focus on the inspection, maintenance, and repair of container chassis, as well as preparatory work for the HU and SP inspections. Repairs to tractor-trailers are also part of its scope of services.
Your Responsibilities
– Operational management and organization of workshop operations at the Bremerhaven site
– Providing technical and disciplinary leadership for the workshop team, including scheduling and vacation planning
– Managing and optimizing workflows for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of container chassis and tractor-trailers
– Ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery
– Close coordination with the fleet management team at Addicks & Kreye Container Logistik
Your Profile
– Completed training as an automotive mechanic or mechatronics technician, with additional training to become a master automotive mechanic
– Several years of professional experience in the commercial vehicle sector, ideally with knowledge of container chassis and truck trailers
– Experience in managing staff is a plus
– A structured, reliable work style with a high degree of personal responsibility – Teamwork and communication skills
– Knowledge of English is a plus
– Class B driver’s license, ideally C/CE

Knowledge of English is desirable; a Class B driver’s license is required, ideally a Class C/CE license.
