The Addicks & Kreye Holding is the holding company that bundles the central tasks of the Group. The holding company acts as a strategic control center within the Group. It organizes the various divisions of the Addicks & Kreye Group in such a way that they can work independently while being managed by the holding company.
The tasks of Addicks & Kreye Holding include investment management in the individual companies of the group, strategic management and financial control as well as financial accounting, personnel accounting and insurance management.
