We are looking for a mechanic or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) to join the team at the Hamburg location of Addicks & Kreye Truck & Trailer Service GmbH & Co. KG.
This wholly owned subsidiary of Addicks & Kreye Container Logistik GmbH & Co. KG is responsible for the company’s own fleet. The fleet consists of nearly 400 container chassis and just under 100 tractor-trailers. Its services focus on the inspection, maintenance, and repair of container chassis, as well as preparatory work for the HU and SP inspections. Repairs to tractor-trailers are also part of its scope of services.
Your Responsibilities
– Inspection, maintenance, and repair work on commercial vehicles and container chassis
– Maintenance and repair of chassis-mounted gensets (diesel generators)
– Welding and straightening work on vehicle frames and attached components
– Preparation for and assistance with general inspections (HU) and safety inspections (SP)
Your Profile
– Completed vocational training as a mechanic, mechatronics technician, automotive technician, or agricultural machinery mechanic, or as a career changer (m/f/d)
– Professional experience in the field of commercial vehicles and container chassis is a plus
– A meticulous, structured, and reliable approach to work
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– A high degree of personal responsibility and dedication
– Basic knowledge of English is preferred
– A Class B driver’s license is preferred

Your Profile
A completed vocational training program as a mechanic, mechatronics technician, vehicle builder, or agricultural machinery mechanic is required; professional experience in the field of commercial vehicles and container chassis is a plus. In addition to a meticulous, structured, and reliable work ethic, strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as a high degree of personal responsibility and dedication, are expected. Basic knowledge of English is desirable, and a Class B driver’s license would also be an advantage.
